Reservations are now CLOSED for the Gray Wolf Ski Club Christmas Party for Tuesday December 9th 2025 we have reached capacity.

Reserve Early! There is a limit of 120 reservations for our party this year. Payment will be accepted online through PayPal/credit card until November 28th or until we’ve received the 120 reservation limit.

A great evening of great food, fun, and dancing!

• Help with set-up and take-down would be greatly appreciated!  If you can help, please arrive at the theater at noon Tues Dec 9 for set-up and/or 10:00 am Wed Dec 10 for clean-up. Thank you!

The cost for each current member is $45.00 and includes two  $8.00 drink coupons at the door to use toward a drink at the bar.

• Members may bring a guest; however, guests need to join the Gray Wolf Ski Club for $10 by completing the membership form on the Gray Wolf website and also RSVP at the $45 member cost.

• Reserve your seat early!  Seating is limited to 120 seats so RSVP by Nov 28th.  

• Please note that walk-ins are not allowed and that no refunds will be issued.  If you purchase tickets and can’t use them it is your responsibility to give them away or sell them to someone else and notify Suzanne Hill  at suzanne.hill@myyahoo.com

• Annual Ski Swap and Tailgate Party
  • Saturday September 6
  • 1:00 pm start, setup at noon
  • PLPOA Clubhouse, 230 Port Avenue Pagosa Springs
  • The club will provide chicken, burgers and beer/wine along with condiments.
  • We are asking the members to bring the following depending upon your last name beginning with:
    • A-K   Side or salad to serve 8-10 people
    • L-R    Dessert to serve 8-10 people
    • S-Z   Appetizer to serve 8-10 people
  • We also need a couple folks to help cook the burgers and folks to help setup at noon and takedown afterwards.  If you can help out please contact Suanne McLellan at 512-797-6097.
  • If you have Ski Swap items i.e. skis, boots, etc,  you will be responsible for handling your own transactions.

Membership Fees for Gray Wolf Ski Club upcoming season must be received before August 15th in order to receive the Wolf Creek Ski Season Pass discount (those 65 and older or members 50-64 who are grandfathered August 15 2023).

All current members receive the following benefits –  supplement of 3 Gray Wolf Luncheons($8 each) in the Main Lodge scheduled in Jan/Feb/Mar. We welcome all those who join after August 15th however members will not be eligible for the Season Pass discount. With the change in Wolf Creek Ski Area policy regarding Gray Wolf season pass discounts, individuals 50-64 years old, joining or renewing after August 15th 2023 will not be grandfathered for future year discounts. Discounts for those 65+ continue to apply to those who have renewed by the August 15th deadline.

You may join with our Online registration with PayPal or Credit Card or download the membership form and mail with your check(Note: Check must be mailed by August 10th to allow USPS delivery to our PO Box.).

Annual Meeting Saturday June 14th 12:00-2:00PM
Mark your calendar for our Gray Wolf Ski Club Annual Meeting & Luncheon

The annual meeting announces the newly-elected Board members, upcoming events and more.  This year’s meeting will include a fully catered meal along with beer and wine.

Where – PLPOA Clubhouse, 230 Port Avenue Pagosa Springs

•  Come by at 11:00am to help the Board members set up, and we could also use help afterwards with clean up!!!

The next Gray Wolf Luncheon is scheduled  Tuesday March 25th at Wolf Creek Ski Area Main Lodge beginning at 11:00am and concludes 1:00pm.

Theme is Retro Day Tuesday so get your costumes ready!  The club will pay up to $8.00 per each current Gray Wolf member’s lunch meal.

Once again we will have participating members get a token before they get in line at the Lodge. That way we can check to be sure they are a current member. The cashier will take the token and make it easier on the cashier and let us reimburse the ski area sooner.

A group photo will be taken at 12:15pm outside the Main Lodge

Lunch Special is Chicken Enchiladas and dessert.
